(Return Merchandise Authorization) Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase date. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Custom orders and stained/finished, or stain matched products are non-refundable, but replaceable. Defective items, shipping damage, or customer dissatisfaction items will also be replaced.
Please be assured that your items in stock will ship out within 2 work days not counting weekends or holidays. Custom, Stain matched, painted, or finished Items will ship out within 2-6 WEEKS of purchase depending on the item ordered, the product build time, and the shipping process you selected. Also depending on the stain, finish, distressing, or stain matching ordered. The carriers we use are the U.S. Postal Service, (USPS), and FedEx ground or home delivery (FEDEX). For larger items we use freight carriers that deliver to your area. Contact us first if faster shipping is needed. Check tracking when trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Saturdays, excluding holidays. USPS is currently delivering Saturdays.
